On 12th of April 2016, Water Europe and AQUA, the Association of the European manufacturers of Water and Thermal energy meters signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen the representation of water issues at a European level.
With many water-related objectives and interests in common, Water Europe and AQUA have agreed on a close cooperation to optimise the synergy of their activities. As both directors stated ‘Strategic and strong development of European water research and innovation is a shared interest of both organisations’.
